This production line can efficiently process wood chips, sawdust, crop straw, rice husk, bagasse and other agricultural and forestry wastes, and produce high-density, high-burning-rate biomass pellets that are widely used in power plant fuel, industrial boiler combustion, household heating, biomass fuel trade and other fields.
Core Equipment & Process Flow
The biomass pellet production line adopts an optimized automated process layout, with stable operation, low failure rate and high production efficiency, covering the whole process from raw material processing to finished product packaging.
1. Pre-crushing System: Large biomass materials such as logs and branches are first crushed by a wood chipper to form uniform small pieces; then the hammer mill conducts fine grinding to process the materials into powder with suitable particle size, laying a solid foundation for subsequent pellet forming.
2. Drying System: Equipped with high-efficiency rotary drum dryer/airflow dryer, it can accurately adjust the drying temperature, quickly reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 30%-50% to the optimal 10%-15%, effectively improve the molding rate and quality of pellets, and support multiple heat sources such as biomass burner, gas and electricity.
3.Core Pelletizing System : The ring die pellet mill is the core equipment of the production line. Under high temperature and high pressure, the biomass powder is extruded into cylindrical pellets through the ring die hole. The equipment supports customized die hole specifications (6mm/8mm/10mm) and 1-10TPH production capacity, adapting to different raw materials and customer production scale demands.
4.Cooling & Screening System: Newly extruded pellets are cooled to room temperature by a counter-flow cooling machine to avoid deformation and cracking; then the vibrating screen separates unqualified pellets and powder, ensuring the finished pellets have uniform size, complete shape and high purity, with a product qualification rate of over 98%.
5.Automatic Packaging & Storage System: The qualified pellets are conveyed to the automatic weighing and bagging machine to realize fast weighing and packaging, supporting 25kg, 50kg, ton bags and other specifications. The whole line is equipped with PLC intelligent control system, realizing one-key operation, real-time parameter monitoring and remote fault diagnosis.
