It can quickly adjust the drying time according to the raw material humidity, accurately control the moisture within 10%-14%, avoid over-drying or insufficient drying, and lay a good foundation for high-quality pellet forming.
High-performance Pelletizing Host
Equipped with a new small ring die pellet mill specially developed for small and medium production lines, with stable operation, low noise and strong wear resistance. It supports 4-12mm die hole customization, and can produce pellets with smooth surface and high density for heating, breeding and fuel sales. The operation is simple, and one person can complete daily operation.
Compact Cooling & Packaging Unit
Adopt integrated cooling and screening machine, which saves space and has high processing efficiency, quickly cools pellets and screens out impurities.
