Large Rotary Dryer is mainly composed of a hot air system, a rotary drum, inlet and outlet equipment, a dust removal system, and an electrical control system. Its core is composed of three concentric cylinders of different diameters, which are embedded and combined with each other according to specific mathematical relationships.

Core principle: By utilizing the rotation of the drum and the internal lifting device, the material is continuously thrown and scattered during the drying process, forming a uniform material curtain, which fully contacts with the hot air and accelerates the evaporation of moisture. The inclined installation of the drum and the special angle of the lifting plate also ensure that the material can move steadily from the feeding end to the discharging end.

The special three cylinder nested structure forms an insulation system on its own, and the heat emitted by the inner cylinder can be utilized by the outer cylinder, effectively reducing heat loss. Its thermal efficiency can reach 70% -80%, and compared to traditional single drum dryers, it can save 68% coal and 40% -60% electricity.
2. Large processing capacity and uniform drying
As a large continuous equipment, its processing capacity is enormous, with some models capable of processing 5000 kilograms or more per hour. The design of the internal lifting plate ensures that the material is repeatedly scattered and fully exposed to hot air, effectively ensuring the uniformity of drying.
3. Small footprint and low investment cost
Due to the clever nesting of the three cylinders together, the overall length of the three pass dryer is significantly reduced (about 60% shorter than that of a single cylinder dryer), and the foundation footprint can be reduced by about 50%, correspondingly reducing civil engineering investment.

The equipment has a wide adaptability to fuel and can use various heat sources such as coal, oil, and gas according to the situation. At the same time, it can handle materials that are block shaped, granular, powdery, and even have a certain degree of viscosity. Adopting idler transmission, the structure is sturdy, the failure rate is low, and it can ensure long-term continuous and stable operation.
