Working Principle
The High Efficiency Crusher adopts an automated process of "feeding - hammering - screening - discharging".
After the materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed hopper, the high-speed rotating hammer blades produce strong impact, shearing and grinding effects with the materials, crushing the materials to the specified particle size;
The crushed materials are screened through a screen, the qualified fine materials enter the collecting bin through the negative pressure pneumatic conveying system, and the unqualified coarse materials return to the crushing chamber for re-crushing.
The whole process realizes closed-loop crushing to ensure uniform discharge particle size. At the same time, the dust removal system of the equipment collects the dust generated during the crushing process in real time to avoid dust leakage.
