Product Introduction

Working Principle
When the pellet mill is running, the ring die rotates at a constant speed with the main shaft, while the internal roller rotates synchronously under friction. The roller compresses materials into the holes of the ring die. Under high pressure, the materials are compacted, extruded through the die holes into continuous strips, and then cut into standard-length pellets by a cutter. The precise coordination between the roller and ring die directly determines pellet density, forming rate, and the equipment’s production efficiency.
