Recently, Shandong Xingye Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the production and quality inspection of two sets of 450 flat die pellet mill, supporting hoppers and belt conveyor systems customized by the customer. The equipment has been loaded and shipped to the customer's site, supporting the efficient commissioning of the customer's biomass pellet and organic fertilizer production line.
The core equipment shipped this time, the 450 flat die pellet mill, is our company's mature main model. It adopts alloy steel die plate and pressure roller with heat treatment hardness above 50, featuring stable operation and high pelletizing rate. Its hourly output can reach 600-800kg, suitable for various raw materials such as wood chips, straw, and livestock manure, widely used in the production of biomass fuel, organic fertilizer and feed pellets. The supporting hopper adopts wear-resistant and anti-corrosion design to realize uniform temporary storage and stable feeding of raw materials; as the core conveying equipment, the belt conveyor has stable operation, large conveying capacity and convenient maintenance, which can seamlessly connect all links of the production line and realize automatic continuous operation.
