Biomass Pellet Press is a molding equipment that processes crushed agricultural and forestry waste (such as sawdust, straw, rice husk, etc.) into high-density, regular shaped solid pellet fuel through high-pressure extrusion. The core process is to use the huge extrusion pressure and friction between the pressure roller and the ring mold to soften the lignin and tightly bond the biomass raw materials together. Finally, it is extruded from the ring mold hole and cut into uniform particles by the cutter. This process is called "densification", and the biomass particles produced are a clean, efficient, and renewable fuel widely used in industrial boilers, fireplaces, biomass power generation, and other fields.

1. Strong squeezing, stable molding
Adopting advanced ring mold and roller structure design, it can generate extremely high pressing force, ensuring that various raw materials can be firmly pressed into shape, with high particle density, not easy to loosen, and a forming rate of over 95%.

The core pressing components (ring mold and pressure roller) are made of high-quality alloy steel and treated with special carburizing or quenching processes, which have extremely high wear resistance and fatigue strength, and can adapt to high-intensity continuous production with a long service life.

By adjusting the aperture, compression ratio, and process parameters of the ring mold, different types and moisture contents of biomass raw materials can be processed effectively, from hard sawdust to soft straw.
