Hammer Pulverizer
1. High efficiency, large crushing ratio, and outstanding output.
2. Wide adaptability, capable of processing various types of wood and scrap materials.
3. Uniform particle size, with precise control over the granularity of the output material through the replacement of sieve mesh.
4. Low cost, simple and durable structure, convenient maintenance, and economical energy consumption.
5. The finished product is excellent, and the shape of the produced wood chips is conducive to subsequent processing and combustion.
Hammer Mill Pulverizer is a very common and important equipment in the wood processing industry. The core components of a hammer crusher are a high-speed rotating rotor and multiple movable hammer heads hinged on it. After entering the crushing chamber, the material is crushed by the impact, collision, shearing, and mutual friction between the high-speed hammer heads.

1. High crushing efficiency and large output
The rotor rotates at high speed (usually thousands of revolutions per minute), and the hammer has enormous kinetic energy, which can instantly crush materials. The processing capacity per unit time is very large, making it suitable for large-scale production.
2. Large crushing ratio, uniform and controllable discharge particle size
The 'crushing ratio' refers to the ratio of the size of the raw material to the size of the finished product. The hammer crusher can process larger wooden blocks, boards, branches, etc. into small sawdust at once, with a very high crushing ratio.
·By replacing screens with different aperture sizes, it is easy to control the particle size of the discharged material. From coarse shavings to fine wood powder, it can be produced to meet different needs (such as artificial boards, papermaking, biomass fuels, mushroom cultivation, etc.).
3. Simple structure, easy operation and maintenance
The overall structure is not complex, mainly composed of the body, rotor, hammer head, screen mesh, and feeding system.
Easy to operate and automated feeding. Daily maintenance mainly involves replacing vulnerable parts such as hammers and screens, which can be completed by experienced workers.
4. Strong adaptability, capable of handling a variety of materials
Not only can it handle logs, branches, and board scraps, but it can also handle biomass materials such as shavings, rice husks, and straw.
For wood with slight moisture (not soaked), it also has some processing ability, but the efficiency may decrease.
5. Relatively low operating costs
Low energy consumption: Compared to some cutting or extrusion crushing equipment, hammer crushers usually have an advantage in energy consumption at the same output.
The cost of replacing vulnerable parts is controllable: the main vulnerable parts are the hammer head and screen mesh. The hammer head is made of wear-resistant alloy steel, which can be changed in angle or directly replaced after wear, without the need to replace the entire rotor, and the cost is controllable.
