Pellet Forming Machine is a specialized equipment that utilizes high-pressure extrusion to convert crushed agricultural and forestry waste (such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, etc.) into high-density, regularly shaped solid pellet fuel. This process is referred to as "densification" or "pelletization".
Working principle
Under the strong pressure of the mold and roller, the lignin in the raw material is softened by heat, acting as a natural binder, thereby solidifying loose biomass into particles. This machine serves as a crucial link between dispersed agricultural and forestry waste and high-value commercial energy, realizing the concept of "turning waste into treasure".
