Today, Shandong Xingye Environmental Equipment completed loading and shipment of a batch of biomass forming equipment at the factory yard. The heavy-duty freight truck loaded with all machines departed from our workshop. This order consists of 1 set of 560 vertical ring die pellet mill, 5 units of 450 flat die pellet mills, plus customized electric control distribution cabinet. All pellet mill units are tightly wrapped with thick stretch film for safe long-distance transportation, and are now on the way to the domestic customer’s production base.
The core 560 vertical ring die pellet mill is our high-output flagship model. Equipped with wear-resistant ring die, it can continuously process wood shavings, crop straw, bamboo powder, livestock manure and other raw materials to produce high-density biomass fuel pellets steadily. The batch-delivered 450 flat die pellet mill features compact body and easy installation, perfectly fitting small and medium-sized pellet processing lines. The integrated supporting distribution cabinet can centrally control startup, shutdown, speed adjustment and overload protection of all pellet mill machines, greatly improving automation level and operational stability of the whole line.
