Raw Material Pretreatment:Raw materials are crushed to a suitable particle size, with moisture content controlled at 10%-18%.
Feeding & Distribution:Materials enter through the feed port and are evenly distributed between the mold (ring die/flat die) and pressure rollers.
Extrusion & Forming:The rotating pressure rollers generate strong pressure (50-200MPa), forcing materials into the die holes. Friction produces heat (70-110℃), softening lignin which acts as a natural adhesive.
Cutting & Discharging:Materials extrude from the die holes in strips, which are cut into pellets of predetermined length by a cutter and discharged through the outlet.
