Equipment Introduction
The double-shaft ground bin screw conveyors in this shipment are heavy-duty screw conveyor, specially designed for light biomass materials such as wood chips, straw and rice husk. It prevents material bridging and blockage. Installed at the bottom of the ground bin, it continuously feeds materials to the next process. Ordinary screw conveyors transfer materials between different working procedures. Flexible layout supports horizontal and small-angle transportation according to factory layout.
The supporting cyclone separator separates powder materials in airflow by centrifugal force. It can recover usable raw materials and reduce dust emission, meeting overseas environmental standards. The complete biomass production line auxiliary equipment can be seamlessly connected with hammer mills, dryers and ring die pellet machines to build an integrated pellet production system.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
Shells and spiral blades of all screw conveyor, and the cylinder of cyclone separator are welded with thickened steel plates, with wear-resistant reinforcement on key positions. Before delivery, our technicians complete no-load test, dimension verification and tightness inspection. Industrial anti-corrosion paint is sprayed on the surface to adapt to long-distance sea transportation and humid working conditions.
